Measuring tips for your panty size

  • Waist: measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 7 to 9 inches below your waist.
  • Panty sizing follows your hip measurement most closely, and uses the same alpha sizing as the rest of the site.
Enter your waist and/or hip measurement above and select Find My Panty Size

Fit Tips for Panties

Numbers alone don't guarantee a good fit. A few things worth knowing before you buy:

Rise & Waistband
The waistband should sit flat against your skin without digging in or rolling down. Rise style changes where that sits, low rise sits below the natural waist, mid rise at it, and high rise above it, so the same numeric size can feel different depending on the cut.
Leg Openings
Leg openings should stay put without riding up through the day. If they leave marks or dig in when you sit, size up, if they shift or bunch during normal movement, size down.
Fabric & Stretch
Cotton is breathable for everyday wear, while lace and microfiber styles run with less stretch, so consider sizing up in those. Seamless styles help avoid visible lines under fitted clothing.
Coverage Styles
Briefs and full-coverage cuts sit closer to your true waist and hip measurement. Thongs and bikini cuts have less fabric contact, so fit is more about the waistband and leg elastic than overall coverage.
Shapewear & Seamless
Shaping styles are meant to compress, so going by your usual size is normally right, sizing down can restrict movement and roll at the edges rather than smooth.
Between Sizes?
Size up for comfort, especially in high-rise, full-coverage, or shapewear-style panties, since a snug fit there is more likely to dig in than in a lower-coverage cut.

Please note: These measurements and size conversions are intended as a general guide only. Fit varies between brands and styles, so we always recommend checking the specific measurements listed on each product page.
